Refund Policy

At PLCX Services Inc., we are committed to delivering high-quality services and training. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services, online courses, or token-based access.
1. Service Bookings
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
2. Online Courses & Digital Products
- All digital product sales, including online courses, are final.
- Once a course or downloadable resource is accessed, no refunds will be provided.
- If you encounter a technical issue preventing access, please contact us immediately for support.
3. Token-Based Access
- PLCX tokens are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Tokens used to unlock premium content, perks, or services are considered consumed and are not eligible for a refund.
4. Exceptions
- In rare cases involving duplicate payments or billing errors, we will review the transaction and may issue a refund upon confirmation.
- All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of PLCX Services Inc.
